How Bera Safari handles information used to provide and support a reservation.

Information we collect
When online checkout is active, Bera Safari collects the guest name, email, phone number, country, city, guest count, selected safari and date, accommodation or pickup notes, campaign attribution where permitted, and payment status. Card, UPI and banking credentials are entered into Razorpay’s secure checkout and are not stored by Bera Safari.
Why we use it
We use reservation information to check capacity, process and reconcile payment, coordinate pickup, deliver confirmations, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain financial and operational records, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics and advertising storage is used only according to the privacy choices presented on this site.
Providers and retention
Cloudflare hosts the booking service and database, Razorpay processes payments, and an approved email provider may deliver reservation messages. Information is shared only as needed for those functions, fraud prevention, support or legal compliance. Records are retained only for operational, accounting, dispute and legal needs, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
