Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when reserving a private Jawai safari through Bera Safari.

Your reservation
A reservation is confirmed only after the selected safari, date, price and payment are successfully verified and a Bera Safari confirmation is issued. Each ₹4,000 payment covers one private jeep for one separately selected Morning or Evening Leopard Safari, for up to 6 guests. It does not cover both windows.
Guest responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, guest-count and pickup information and arrive at the agreed reporting point on time.
- Follow the driver’s safety instructions, local access rules, government directions and responsible wildlife-viewing practices.
- Do not treat a safari as a guarantee of a leopard or any other wildlife sighting.
- Do not resell, transfer or commercially exploit a reservation without Bera Safari’s written approval.
Changes, safety and availability
Routes, reporting times and access may change because of weather, wildlife movement, safety, government directions or local conditions. Bera Safari may refuse or stop participation where conduct creates a safety, legal or wildlife-welfare risk. Any cancellation or refund is governed by the published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Payments and support
Online payments are processed in INR through Razorpay. If a payment appears debited but no confirmation is issued, do not pay again; contact Bera Safari so the provider record can be reconciled. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
